By default, you will receive 60% of your outstanding invoice if a customer is bankrupt or has not paid after 90 days.  With an additional creditworthiness check, this can go up to a maximum of 90%.
You are insured for damages caused by non-payment of invoices. This applies to delivered products and services to companies in the Benelux, Germany, the UK and 25 other countries.
This trade credit insurance is suitable for SMEs with an annual turnover from deliveries to businesses (B2B) of up to EUR 5 million per year.

Simplicity protects against non-payment of invoices in the Benelux, Germany, the UK and 25 other countries. Your annual business turnover from delivered products and services to companies (B2B) determines the annual premium and the maximum amount we pay you per year per customer in the event of a claim.

Does a customer not pay? Then by default you will receive 60% of each claim up to the maximum amount per customer per year.  You don't have to do anything for this.

It is possible to increase your coverage per customer to 90%. To do this, you request a creditworthiness check in advance, online. If the check is positive, we will increase the coverage for you.

If your customer does not pay, you send a payment reminder. If there is no response you also send a final reminder.

Does your customer still not pay by then? Then you transfer all claims on this customer to us. A professional collection team will then set to work to still get your money.

If our collection department also fails to get your invoices paid. Then we will pay the claim amount to you. The amount paid out depends on your package.
