Allianz Trade US Inclusive Workplace Council
We are proud to celebrate all of our employees within the region with Inclusion & Equal Opportunity Councils in Brazil, Canada, and the United States. Councils work together to support inclusion with each other, and for the employees of each country.
The Inclusion & Equal Opportunity Councils provide oversight on inclusion efforts and promote company-wide communication on progress. The employees on the Councils lead, support, educate, and connect as we work toward a more equal future.
Lead
Council leaders act to engage, activate, support, and create a structure to advance an inclusive workplace as a core value and critical component of the organization’s culture.
Support
Council members provide advice, guidance, and support on equality issues and actively seek out diverse perspectives and opinions.
Educate
The Council aims to prepare employees to meet the needs of a globally diverse marketplace by increasing awareness through diverse events and effective communication.
Connect
The Council works to create more ethical partnerships to increase our organizational resilience and reputability and to be more reflective of the communities we serve.
